Siemens' Sinumerik 828D appears across MACH2010
Hailed as a new breakthrough in CNC technology, the Sinumerik 828D will appear on Stand 5569 on machines supplied by XYZ Machine Tools, and elsewhere on the Dugard and Hardinge stands.
CADCAM supports subcontractor’s growth
Regular investment in CADCAM from Open Mind to match sophisticated Matsuura machining centre technology fuels growth for aerospace subcontractor Atlantic.
Delcam to show 64-bit PowerMILL at MACH2010
UK machining companies will have their first chance to see the 64-bit version of Delcam’s award-winning PowerMILL CAM software on stand 4010 at the MACH exhibition to be held at the NEC, Birmingham, from 7th to 11th June. 64-bit technology removes the memory limitations of 32-bit computers so allowing more efficient toolpath generation, especially for companies machining large or complex parts.
OGP takes its new TTL sensor system to MACH2010
Visitors to Stand 5261 will see the first UK demonstration of OGP’s new TeleStar TTL (through-the-lens) sensor.
Fast, efficient CAM programming
Delcam’s FeatureCAM delivers faster programming and more efficient machining for USA gun silencer manufacturer.
DRO and CNC technology
With almost half a decade of experience in digital readouts, CNC and precision glass scales, the Acu-Rite products on display at MACH on Stand 5011will demonstrate the results of this expertise. The company will focus on the capabilities and benefits of its Vue, 200S and 300S systems, as well as the MillPwr CNC plus the SENC 150 and SENC 50 scales.
CAM simulation
CGTech will feature a continuous display of the 2010 Vericut Virtual Machining Gallery on Stand 5168 at MACH 2010. The gallery features all types of CNC machine tools, including complex multi-axis machines from leading manufacturers including DMG, Mori Seiki, Mazak, Makino and Matsuura; plus examples of integration with leading CAM systems such as Catia V5, Siemens NX, Pro/E, MasterCAM, EdgeCAM, GibbsCAM, Delcam PowerMill, Missler TopSolidCAM and Open Mind HyperMill. In addition to traditional machining applications the gallery also includes examples of simulation projects involving parallel kinematics, robots, waterjet cutting, riveting and composites.
Delcam takes FeatureCAM 2010 to MACH2010
Delcam will demonstrate the 2010 version of its FeatureCAM feature-based machining software on stand 4010 at the MACH exhibition to be held at the NEC, Birmingham, from 7th to 11th June.
CMM plus user-friendly software
The largest UK-owned coordinate measuring machine manufacturer, Aberlink, will be demonstrating its best selling Axiom Too CMM at MACH 2010, on stand 5649. Featuring Aberlink's intuitive software, the cost effective range of manual or CNC machines can deliver high-accuracy results within controlled inspection environments or when situated on the shop-floor. Making a debut at MACH will be Aberlink’s innovative 3D measurement software. Now available as a retrofit for CMMs and measuring arms, this easy to use metrology software was purpose-designed around a graphical interface.
Steel processing & fabrication
Ficep UK will be exhibiting on stand 4740 at MACH 2010 and presenting some of its very latest CNC machines, including the versatile and cost-effective Gemini 254 PG, and the 601 DE Excalibur 6. The launch of the Gemini 254 PG has reportedly created the world’s most technologically advanced, multi-function and flexible system for profile cutting, drilling, machining and scribing with a bevelling capability and an advanced material cutting capability using either HT2000 and HPR260 Hypertherm plasma systems.
